In the opinion of Juanfran
who is defender in Atletico de Madrid, his
teammate Griezmann should win this year’s Ballon d'Or, beating Cristiano
Ronaldo and Messi.
For the past 8 years, the Ballon d'Or
have been monopolized by Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi. But Juanfran
thinks it should be Griezmann that breaks the monopoly this year. Last
season, Griezmann played quite well and scored 32 goals for Atletico de
Madrid, helping the team take the 3rd place in La Liga and 2nd
place in UEFA Champions League.
“I have prepared an answer for this
question,” said Juanfran in an interview from El
Larguero, “my wife told me not to tell who was better and who was worse,
but I think the best player is in our team.”
“Apparently, the Ballon d'Or
should go to Griezmann.”
Juanfran and Griezmann are
going to play against FC Barcelona where Messi is in La Liga. So far since the
beginning of the season, Griezmann and Messi have respectively had 4
goals.
